Overview
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with WealthProbe, you may request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase. Before requesting the refund, you must Uninstall WealthProbe from your device(s) and delete all of your copies of WealthProbe.
Information Required
When requesting a refund, contact us using the Contact Form available on the website and include the following:
- Your full name
- Your WealthProbe order number
- Your email address
- Your proof of purchase (email a copy of your purchase receipt to [email protected] with ‘Refund’ and your order number in the subject line)
- Reason for requesting a refund.
- A statement that you have Uninstalled WealthProbe and deleted all of your copies of it.
You will be notified when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days of your refund request. The refund amount will be the price you paid for the product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days of requesting it, first check your payment account before contacting us – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
