This Privacy Policy applies to CacheSmart-us.com and WealthProbe.com (Websites), Cache Smart LLC and the sale, purchase, and usage of its software WealthProbe, and governs the collection and usage of the data you provide during the purchase and use of WealthProbe. The aim of this Policy is to inform you of the personal information we collect, how we protect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use our websites and purchase our downloadable financial software. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Cache Smart include the sale, purchase and data storage, in the conduct of business on the WealthProbe.com website and functioning of the WealthProbe software anywhere. By using our Websites, you signify that you have seen and understand the data practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): This includes information such as your name, email address and postal address. We only collect PII that you provide to us voluntarily. For example, in order to provide you with the products or services offered, we may collect personally identifiable information such as:
- First and Last name
- E-mail address
- Billing address
The name and email information is used to identify you as a customer when needed. The billing address is needed for the computation and payment of correct state and local taxes to your applicable government tax agencies.
Payment Information: When you purchase Cache Smart products or services, your billing and credit or debit card information is needed for processing by trusted and secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Technical Data: We may collect certain technical data like your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages you’ve visited on our site. This data helps improve our services and, if collected, is done so automatically.
Demographic Information: With your permission, Cache Smart may also ask for and collect optional and anonymous (not associated with your name) demographic information, which is not unique to you. For example, your:
- Age
- Gender
- Approximate income range
We don’t collect any personal or demographic information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may need to provide certain personal information when you voluntarily elect to use certain Cache Smart products or services. These may include registering for an account, entering a contest sponsored by us or one of our partners, signing up for special offers from us or selected third parties, sending us an email message, or submitting your debit, credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing our products or services. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to products and/or services you have requested from us.
We Do Not Collect Your Sensitive Financial Information: Due to the nature of our products, you may input financial data into software we produce that you have downloaded to your computer. The software you have licensed from us processes this data. We have no interest in your financial data, or access to it. Your financial data is used solely for your own purposes. The software only provides the ability to analyze your data on your computing device and inform you of the analytical results you desire.
How We Use the Information You Provide Us
- To process and fulfill your order, enabling download and activation of our software.
- To provide customer support.
- For internal analysis to improve our products, services, and user experience in both our software and our Websites.
- To communicate with you about updates, promotions, and relevant information.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Cache Smart will protect and retain your information that we may store for up to three years after the expiration of your valid license with us. The information you give us via email, to include through one of our contact forms, will be kept for up to three years from the most recent contact.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Cache Smart does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Cache Smart may share data with trusted third parties that is needed to complete the purchase transaction and to improve the efficiency and usability of our website. Some of these third-party activities may require the use of cookies. Cache Smart may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Cache Smart, or its Websites; b) protect and defend the rights or property of you or Cache Smart; and/or c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Cache Smart, its software, or the public.
Some of your data may be stored on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted so that they may provide the services described above.
Protection of Information
Encryption of Information: We take great care to apply appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. To do this, we utilize state-of-the-art encryption methods and robust security protocols to ensure your data is protected against unauthorized access, use, theft, disclosure, or loss. Some examples:
- When any of your personal information is transmitted to other websites for verification, it is protected through the use of encryption, secured by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol (the paddle lock symbol). While we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to operations on the internet that are beyond our control, and b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through our Websites (or indeed, data you exchange with any website) cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
- While using your downloaded copy of WealthProbe on your personal computing device, WealthProbe encrypts the financial data you input using banking-level encryption. This data is stored locally on the storage media you decide to use. Under no circumstances will WealthProbe ask you to input any account numbers or passwords.
Limited Access:
- The data you input into WealthProbe is only stored on your personal storage devices. You have the option to limit unauthorized access to these encrypted data files by storing them on a detachable device (e.g. thumb drive) and entering/analyzing your data using WealthProbe entirely offline.
- On our Websites, only authorized personnel have access to stored personal data and only for business purposes.
- Payment information is not stored on our Websites.
No Sale of Data:
- Customer lists are kept confidential and not sold, rented, or leased to third parties.
- We do not, under any circumstances, sell your personal or sensitive data to third parties.
Cookies
Our Websites use cookies to enhance your user experience, for operational purposes, and for analytical purposes. For example, we use cookies upon the first use of WealthProbe on a device (desktop, laptop, etc.) to verify that you have a valid license to operate WealthProbe. (This verification should only be needed once per device.) We may also use cookies to monitor the usage of our Websites to enhance the experience of our users. Some of the third party activities described in the ‘Sharing Information with Third Parties’ section above may require their use of cookies – see their respective privacy policies. By using our Websites, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this Cookie Statement.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computing hardware and software may be automatically collected by Cache Smart. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used to improve the operation of our service, to maintain quality of service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Websites.
Tracking User Behavior on our Websites
Cache Smart may track the use of the pages our users visit in order to determine the services and pages that are the most popular and effective. This data is used to help us analyze the effectiveness of the various parts of our Websites and to offer content and advertising to customers who indicate interest in a particular area.
Your Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal information or delete your information from our records.
- Direct any service providers we use to correct or delete your personal information from their records.
- Restrict the processing of your personal data.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to restrict or delete your personal information if the information is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected;

- Perform our responsibilities under an existing license or contract between you and us;

- Identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the Constitutional rights of another individual to exercise their right to free speech, or exercise any other right provided for by the Constitution or by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to relevant ethics standards and privacy laws, when deletion of the information in question is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we previously obtained your informed consent to use the information for the research;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably in line with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided us with the information.
Children under Eighteen
Cache Smart does not market to, or knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use our Websites.
E-mail Communications
Occasionally, Cache Smart may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, or other types of general communications. In order to improve our services, we may receive notification when you open an email from Cache Smart or click on a link within it.
If you would like to stop receiving update information, marketing, or promotional communications via email from Cache Smart, you may opt out by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the email.
User Privacy Associated with WealthProbe Download and Operation
Except for your initial download of WealthProbe, activation prior to first use of WealthProbe on a device (desktop, laptop, etc.) or to otherwise activate your license to operate WealthProbe, or when you decide to update your version of WealthProbe by downloading a new version from our website, there is never communication between your downloaded WealthProbe program and any other Cache Smart entity. After license activation on a device, the software may be run with or without an internet connection. All data entered by customers is encrypted and recorded for personal analysis by the downloaded WealthProbe program and remains on the customer’s own computer or detachable storage device. This data is encrypted using banking-level encryption and may only be accessed and decrypted by the user’s own device that created the data files. The user is free to store their data files on a portable medium, e.g. a thumb drive, for storage when they are not using the data files for analysis. These data files can be accessed only on the device that was used for their creation.
Changes to this Policy
From time to time Cache Smart reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes posted to this Policy will be accompanied by an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Websites or our services after such changes will constitute a) your acknowledgment of the existence of the modified Privacy Policy, and b) your agreement to accept and abide by the terms in this Policy.
